What were looking for: Recognised qualifications (or equivalent) in EYFS, Primary, or SEND Experience supporting young people across EYFS, KS1, KS2, including within SEND Proactive, creative educator with great classroom management, organisational, and communication skills Ability to tailor methods across year groups, for varied needs, and keen to work in a team
