Primary Teacher - Full Time - Temp to Perm - September Start - MLD - Chiswick

Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher to join a supportive SEN school in Chiswick on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.

Primary Teacher Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored lessons to primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and communication needs. Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families, you will help create a nurturing and structured learning environment where every child can thrive.

Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs

Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SEN professionals

Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as needed

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

ECTS welcome
Experience working with SEN pupils (desirable but not essential)

A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
