The Primary School is looking to take on an tough Primary School Teacher on a short term part time basis in April, leading to a potential long term position (until the end of the academic year) should the appointed Primary School Teacher do an excellent job in the role. The successful Primary Teacher will be working in the Year 4/5 class and it will be your responsibility to educate and stimulate pupils by using creative resources to contribute to their individual development. You will need to be able to use your initiative and remain calm as well as being able to work with children that have mild ALN and moderate challenging behaviour.

The successful Primary School Teacher / QTS  will have:

Qualified Teacher Status
Be flexible to work between the times of 08:30am – 15:30pm
Excellent planning, organisation and classroom management
Have a good knowledge of the Welsh Curriculum
Excellent communication skills
A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
