clear routines, supportive leadership, and a staff team that work well together. Teachers are trusted to teach, supported when needed, and not overloaded with unnecessary extras. Theyre looking for someone who is confident in the classroom, understands the importance of the early years of primary, and can build a calm,purposeful learning environment.
The role: Full-time, long-term position Start date flexible Potential to go permanent The school: Stable leadership who are visible and realistic Well-established routines and behaviour expectations Collaborative year group teams
planning isnt done in isolation Focus on getting the basics right Theyre looking for someone who: Knows how to run a calm, organised classroom Understands how young children learn and keeps lessons purposeful Is reliable, professional, and easy to work with Works well with others and contributes positively to the team
