Primary Teacher - SEN (MLD) - Chiswick - Full Time - Temp to Perm - Immediate Start Available

A friendly and highly supportive special needs school in Chiswick is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a quick transition to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

• Full class teaching responsibility within a primary SEN setting
• Teaching pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
• Leading a team of Teaching Assistants within the classroom
• Monitoring progress and adapting learning to support EHCP outcomes
• Creating a structured, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development

Primary Teacher Attributes:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience teaching in a primary setting (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
• A strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies
• A calm, patient and flexible approach
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
• Commitment to working as part of a multidisciplinary team
