Primary Teaching Assistant - Intervention & Academic Support Focus**

**The Role:** * Delivering planned intervention sessions in phonics, reading, writing, and maths * Supporting small groups to reinforce key learning objectives * Providing additional 1:1 support for pupils who need extra guidance * Working closely with the class teacher to track and support progress * Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement, and independence * Supporting classroom behaviour and learning routines
