Long-Term 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants - Bedford & Surrounding Areas

Full-time | Temp to Perm | Immediate and September Starts Via Tradewind Recruitment

Tradewind is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support children on a 1:1 basis in primary schools across Bedford and the surrounding areas.

These long-term roles involve working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties. You'll be instrumental in helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally on a 1:1 basis

A patient, adaptable and empathetic approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with pupils

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
