Were seeking a Principal Natural Capital Consultant to lead and grow a high-impact service offering focused on protecting and enhancing the value of nature. In this role, you'll be instrumental in defining and expanding Natural Capital services, delivering innovative, commercially successful solutions that help organisations respond to climate, biodiversity, and regulatory pressures. What Youll Do: Act as the subject matter expert for Natural Capital across client engagements and internal strategy Shape and execute a clear go-to-market strategy to grow service lines and client base Monitor and interpret emerging trends, legislation, and international standards around Natural Capital, ecosystem services, and biodiversity Lead business development initiatives, including tender responses, proposals, and participation in major bids Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and project delivery aligned with their goals Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure the timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality work About You: You are a dynamic and strategic thinker, equally comfortable in a technical deep dive or a boardroom pitch. With a solid foundation in ecology, environmental science, or a related field, you bring both scientific expertise and a sharp understanding of market forces. Your professional network is robust, and youre recognised for your ability to win new work and deliver value-driven solutions.
