Job Description:

Join our growing team as a Principal Consultant in the CRL practice, focusing on SAP O2C transformations for clients in retail, CPG, and logistics. You will lead delivery of SAP enabled programs, architect solutions like SAP CAR, and support business process improvements. Your role includes leading client workshops, managing onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring solutions meet client needs.

Requirements:

• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving, resilience
• Experience in data gathering, validation, documentation, and communication for diverse audiences
• Excellent communication skills in the official language(s) and English; willingness to travel
• Proven experience with S/4HANA in transformation projects, especially in Sales & Distribution and OTC; familiarity with integrations like Salesforce and C4C is a plus
• Experience facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into solutions
• Strong client-facing skills and leadership in SAP implementation phases
• Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement mindset
• Excellent presentation and knowledge transfer skills
• Track record of success in consulting services
