Our fantastic client is seeking experienced Principal & Senior Consultant with a strong background in Manufacturing & Engineering recruitment and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n * Solid experience in permanent recruitment\n\n * Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships within the Manufacturing & Engineering sector.\n\n * Demonstrated track record of developing business and securing repeat clients in Manufacturing & Engineering.\n\n * Well-networked within the Manufacturing & Engineering industry, with the capability to generate new business opportunities.\n\nSalary, Commission and Benefits:\n\n * Basic salary: £40,000 – £45,000.\n\n * Competitive commission structure of up to 30% (tiered scale).\n\n * 5% of commission paid monthly, with the remainder paid quarterly (staff-preferred model).\n\nBonus Scheme:\n\n * Additional half-year and full-year bonuses worth up to 10% of annual salary.\n\n * For example, on a £40,000 salary this can total up to £4,000 per annum (split into two 5% bonuses).\n\n * Ability to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week (4 days during the first month).\n\nIncentives\n\n50% paid towards a gym membership\n\nTake your dog to work days\n\nRecruita Ltd is a Recruitment to Recruitment Consultancy who provide permanent recruitment solutions Nationally from Administrator up to Director level.
