What do I need? Were looking for someone with a proven track record in delivery leadership who can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. You'll need:

- Minimum 4 years experience managing technology-based projects using agile methodologies

- Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics and low code platforms (e.g. Power Platform)

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop senior delivery teams

- Proven success building trusted client relationships, ideally in sectors like Financial Services, Health, or Government

- Strong commercial awareness and experience with contract/commercial terms

- A strong grasp of modern software engineering practices and delivery governance

- Experience managing multi-supplier environments and distributed teams

Nice to have:

- Background in digital transformation or user-centred design projects

- Experience in business development and securing follow-on client work

- Thought leadership experience (blogs, talks, awards, etc.)
