Role Purpose
The Principal Engineer will lead the design and build of robust engineering solutions and architectures to enable AI-driven solutions, ensuring frameworks can scale across all OpCos. This high-profile role demands consultancy-level technical depth, hands-on engineering, and strong delivery discipline. You will set technical direction, actively contribute code and architecture, and drive best practices across squads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop designs for all layers of the architecture
Write production-grade code and deliver Enterprise-ready solutions at pace
Design scalable solutions that meet business requirements and can be deployed across multiple OpCos
Collaborate with Product, Data Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists, and Frontend/Visualisation engineers to ensure cohesive solutions across multiple technologies
Implement best practices for scalability, performance, and security in cloud environments
Support integration of MRO AI Solutions into operational workflows.
Design technical solutions that support multi-OpCo deployment, ensuring modularity and interoperability.
Translate operational needs into scalable AI solutions, working closely with business and product leaders.
