Principal Product Designer - Web3 / Fintech & Gaming


Up to £100,000 for the right person/portfolio.

Hybrid - London


A fast-growing company at the intersection of finance, gaming, and Web3 is looking for a Principal Product Designer (with more of a visual/UI design bias) to define and lead design across a diverse product ecosystem - from high-performance trading platforms to bold, high-energy iGaming experiences.


This is a role for a designer with exceptional visual and interaction design craft - someone who can create polished, expressive, and technically sophisticated interfaces. You’ll set the bar for design quality and “wow” factor across multiple live products, working closely with engineering and product teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.


We’re looking for a top-tier product designer who now wants the freedom to own design end-to-end client-side and make a tangible creative impact.


The right person has a visually outstanding portfolio full of polished UI, micro-interactions, and strong interaction design. Web3 knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement - what matters most is taste, craft, and the ability to make products both beautiful and usable.


What won't work for this one;

  • UX-only designers without strong visual design skills.
  • Designers limited to one aesthetic style (minimal-only or hyper-flashy-only).
  • B2B or enterprise-only experience. This is a B2C client.
  • Portfolios lacking motion, micro-interactions, or polish.
