• Uncapped Commission With tiers going up to 30%, your earnings reflect your success. No thresholds or caps, the average deal fee here is 15k.

Youre a confident 360 recruiter who knows how to build and grow client relationships, find brilliant talent, and close deals. It's great if you've worked in tech, digital, or a specialist vertical before.
