You will: Develop, manage, and grow your own client base within the construction sector Deliver end-to-end search assignments at a senior level Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates Manage your own pipeline, delivery, and revenue Represent Harken Searchs values in every interaction What matters most is a strong track record within construction and the ability to win and deliver work independently. Experience in residential construction is essential for this position. About You This role is suited to someone who is already operating successfully at Senior Consultant or Principal level, who wants more flexibility, a better work-life balance, and is looking for a business that aligns with their values.
