The aim of this role is to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term growth strategies. This will be achieved through analysing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. You will build and establish strong relationships with past, existing, and new customers, maintaining regular contact. Development is the central theme of this role. You will develop strong relationships outside the organisation and also develop a team of direct reports. We are looking for an inspiring role model with high standards. You will focus on your teams efforts to achieve SMART objectives aligned with the companys strategic goals, acknowledging efforts and rewarding results accordingly. Building and expanding the company's presence in digital printing requires persistence, knowledge of the printing industry, and excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact, its vital to make a strong first impression. We seek someone who is dynamic and stands out in developing business presentations, proposals, training, performance plans, and informing clients about new products to generate additional business.
