The opportunity is to join the technical helpdesk team (home based) which supports the Post Sales Technical Consultants

Role Purpose
This role focuses on working with Technical Consultants to help deliver and install software products from our solutions portfolio. You'll be involved from the point a deal is completed, ensuring everything is set up and running as planned.
You'll work across different teams to make sure projects are delivered smoothly and according to the agreed documentation. This is a technical role that involves working directly with clients and internal project teams.
You'll be responsible for installations starting from pilot or proof-of-concept stages. You'll also help maintain and support the full range of software solutions we offer.
Success in this role is measured by how well you deliver the technical solution-either independently or in collaboration with Technical Consultants-based on the customer's requirements.
You'll need to be comfortable taking over from Technical Consultants and working as part of a team to complete the project.
Note: Security clearance (or willingness to apply for it) is required.
Key Responsibilities
Set up devices or applications for customers based on project documents like ROMs, SOWs, and compliance reports.
Work with project teams before and after sales to ensure a smooth experience for the client.
Share feedback with your team and manager to help improve the installation process.
Report on what went well and what didn't during each project, and flag any work that falls outside the original scope.
Take part in team discussions, meetings, and workshops to help improve how we deliver our services.
Follow your training plan and let your manager know if you need additional training or support.
Be proactive in learning and developing your skills, including self-study.
Skills and Experience
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
Proven track record of delivering technical projects on time.
Experience with Managed Print and Document Services technologies (e.g., Ricoh, Canon, HP, Kofax, PaperCut, uniFLOW).
Excellent customer service skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
Willingness to keep learning through training and self-study.
Awareness of risk and how to manage it when delivering solutions.
Able to complete tasks within agreed timelines.
