Advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax mitigation. Draft and review lasting powers of attorney and other key legal documents. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver holistic legal solutions. Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in Private Client law. Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning. Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to the growth of the department.
