Due to a retirement, Milne Moser Solicitors have an opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our legal team.

*About You*

Ideally with a minimum of 5-year’s + PQE, you will have experience of building and managing your own caseload and be able to demonstrate the ability to work on a full range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Tax Advice.

Desired experience and attributes for the role:

* You have experience as a Private Client lawyer.
* You ideally have 5 year’s + PQE.
* You are able to manage files and work to agreed deadlines.
* You are confident, friendly, professional and positive.
* You are able to work under your own initiative and unsupervised.
* You are committed to working to a Gold Standard.
* Ideally, you have STEP qualifications, or are working towards them.
* You are a strong team player and care about your colleagues.
* You have good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Hours: Full Time.

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience, fee earning target and the ability to work unsupervised to a high standard.

Location: Kendal, Cumbria.
