Managing and supporting the Maidenhead team, ensuring high performance and development Delivering a broad range of private client services including Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs, and tax planning Overseeing workflow and mentoring junior staff Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives Minimum 8 years' PQE in Private Client work Strong technical knowledge, especially in inheritance tax and estate planning STEP membership (or working towards qualification) Proven leadership skills and experience managing complex matters for high-net-worth clients A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent interpersonal skills
