The role is a Private Client Solicitor role which offers really good structure for progression and development in a large and successful team on hand. The role will involve managing a caseload of a wide range of areas, including wills and estate planning, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, trusts and trust administration with a supervisory element to the position. The ideal candidate must:

Have +1 year post‑qualifying in a relevant area of practice Be experienced with handling a caseload including probate and administration of estates, wills, lasting def powers of attorney, trusts, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax A private‑client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or a working towards it
