THE ROLE

We have a new role for a talented Associate Solicitor - Private Client 3-5 PQE to join a successful and expanding City based team

You will be advising HNW and UHNW individuals and families, family offices, entrepreneurs, charitable trustees, executors

The team is well known for delivering high level legal and tax advice to international private clients o

The work will include providing a full range of E&W legal and UK tax advice to international private clients (UK and non-)

Project managing the structuring and re-structuring of assets, drafting wills, trust deeds, and succession planning strategies

The post holder will be expected to act as the day-to-day contact for advising clients on ongoing or new matters in addition to supporting business development activities

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have solid experience working in an offshore private client practice working on international or cross-border matters with HNW/UHNW international clients;

Ideally STEP qualified/or willing to undertake STEP qualification

You will have excellent client relationship and business-development skills
