We seek a SOLICITOR or PARALEGAL with over five years experience predominately in probate law for up to three months.
We are a well-established North London law firmbased in Southgate N14. We specialise in private client matters; including probate law, Wills (including complex trusts), estate planning, lasting power of attorneys and Court of Protection matters.
Candidate Criteria:
The applicant should be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience in probate law
Knowledge of Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney
Proficiency in using various solicitors software packages
The ability to manage complex legal matters independently
A commitment to upholding the firms compliance and client service standards
Excellent communication and team skills
