Location: Remote (UK-based) Type of Role: Full-time or Part-time Salary: £35,000 to £80,000 (commensurate with experience) The Role This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including: Probate and estate administration Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Trusts and care of the elderly Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters Ensuring high standards of service and client care You’ll be joining a collaborative team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions. Candidate Requirements A minimum of 3 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration Preferably some experience in trust work Excellent communication and client‑handling skills A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently Working Arrangements This role is offered on a remote basis for UK-based candidates.
