OverviewOur client, a regional law firm with a strong presence across Sussex and beyond, is seeking to grow its private client offer across Worthing, Horsham and the wider West Sussex area. The firm treats later-life matters with sensitivity and provides a dedicated point of contact to guide clients through all private client matters.ResponsibilitiesDeliver private client services across probate and estate administration, wills, trusts, enduring powers of attorney (LPAs) and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.Assist in complex tax and succession planning matters, including international estates and trusts, and work alongside a partner on flagship matters.Contribute to the growth of the Private Client team, supporting a varied workload and delivering high levels of client service.Qualifications and experienceIdeally 5 years PQE or above gained within the private client sector (this is a preference, not a prerequisite).Experience supporting at Senior Associate level or greater.Flexible working including hybrid arrangements; full-time or part-time applications considered.About the role and benefitsThe role offers flexible working including hybrid arrangements and a wide range of attractive benefits.About the firmA highly respected regional law firm is expanding its thriving Private Client department due to a significant increase in work.
