The Role


Private Client Solicitor - Up to £60,000 + Bonus


Due to an influx of work, a leading Hertfordshire practice is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their large thriving private wealth department.


Our client is an award-winning, multi-office, full-service law firm. They are well-established throughout the South East of England.


This very well-known legal 500 practice looks after wealthy Hertfordshire, London and national UK clients on private client matters.


The firm works closely with the leading financial advisers as well as many banks and regularly advises their London clients.


The successful Solicitor will be handling a caseload of private client work to include wills, probate, administration of estates, trusts, Inheritance tax, and lasting powers of attorney.


90% of their work comes from existing clients and referrer recommendations.


Applications are welcome from Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE.


It would be advantageous if the candidate was a member of STEP however, this is not essential.


The Candidate


  • Minimum 2 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor
  • STEP Qualified - Not Essential but advantageous
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
