Role: Private Client Solicitor – 4 PQE

About the Role

Oculus Legal Group are currently seeking a talented and driven Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm local to Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong technical knowledge and a client-focused approach to take the next step in their career.

The Role Will Involve:

• Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Providing clear, practical legal advice tailored to each client’s needs
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supervising junior team members, as appropriate

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years post-qualified experience in private client work
• Strong knowledge of relevant law and regulatory requirements (STEP qualification or working towards it is advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and collaborative attitude
• Desire to develop professionally and contribute to the growth of the team
