Private Client Solicitor – All Levels
Locations: Multiple offices across Lincolnshire

Are you a Private Client Solicitor seeking a fresh opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and forward-thinking law firm? The Opportunity:
You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills, from straightforward instructions to those involving complex trusts
• Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
• Preparing and registering Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administering taxable and non-taxable estates
• Identifying and managing trust administration requirements

You’ll conduct client meetings both in person and remotely, assess legal issues and provide clear, practical advice. The role also involves legal research, document drafting and active participation in business development initiatives to strengthen long-term client relationships.

About You:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in private client law. You’ll have a strong understanding of complex matters and a genuine interest in further developing your expertise.
