The Role

You’ll manage a broad and high-quality caseload, including:

• Complex Wills and Trusts
• IHT and CGT planning
• Powers of Attorney (LPAs & EPAs)
• Court of Protection work
• Estate administration
• Trust creation and administration

You’ll play a key role in both client service and business development, collaborating with senior colleagues while building your own profile.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Private Client experience
• Technically strong and comfortable working independently
• Approachable, proactive, and passionate about client care
