Private Client Solicitor – 6+ Years PQE – Maidenhead / Hybrid

The client is a well-established, reputable law firm known for its high-quality Private Client services, including wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs, Court of Protection and probate. The firm has a strong client care ethos and offers a supportive and collaborative environment. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available.

Candidate Requirements

    \n
  • Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong technical ability in complex wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs and estate administration
  • STEP qualification (or working towards it) desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage an independent caseload and develop client relationships

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including HNW clients
  • Advise on estate planning, tax and trust structures
  • Draft wills, LPAs and handle probate matters with minimal supervision
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and business development opportunities

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary in line with senior-level roles in the South East (circa £80k–£95k DOE)

  • 25–28 days annual leave + bank holidays

  • Hybrid working: typically 2–3 days in the Maidenhead office, with the balance remote
