PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 5 PQE, COVENTRY, SALARY UP TO £55-60,000 (DOE). The role offers genuine scope for career development, with the prospect of work from home available following completion of the probationary period. JOB REF: TL3048 • The role will primarily involve advising and assisting clients on all aspects of wills, probate, Court of Protection deputyships, powers of attorney, and private trusts / settlements. This will include, where appropriate, matters relating to income and capital taxation, tax-efficient planning, and long-term care planning. • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with strong technical experience and a comprehensive understanding of private client matters. You will demonstrate an empathetic and client-focused approach, ensuring clients are supported with sensitivity and clarity during challenging legal situations and complex personal circumstances. • You will demonstrate proficiency in the use of case management systems and accounting software, ensuring accurate and efficient client ledger maintenance. In addition, you will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling the effective supervision and support of junior team members as required. • STEP qualification is essential. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
