The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm. Qualifications
Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive. Experience in a full range of Private Client matters such as Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client, Court of Protection and Estate Management gained at a respected firm. Mid to senior level with some team leading or management experience. STEP qualification or working towards such would be an advantage but is not essential.
