Private Client Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, London, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for a talented and commercially minded individual to join a respected Private Client team. JOB REF:2333. THE ROLE

Advise clients on wills, trusts, estate planning, and administration with clarity and confidence. Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Represent clients in negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes. Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care. Work closely with third parties, including tax authorities, financial institutions, and other legal advisors. Stay ahead of legal and regulatory changes, implementing best practice solutions across the team. Provide tax-aware guidance on estate planning and client wealth management strategies.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum 5 years PQE in private client law, with hands‑on experience in wills, trusts, and estates. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with the confidence to guide clients through complex decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical matters clearly. Highly organised, attentive to detail, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills under pressure. Empathetic and personable, able to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
