OverviewA leading global real estate investment manager, backed by a major institutional parent, is expanding its European investment platform and is seeking an Investment Associate or Vice President to join its London-based team with a pan-European remit. They are running a sale-leaseback strategy and are looking to add credit analysis skills to the team by hiring somebody from a leveraged finance or private credit background.The firm has raised a substantial pool of discretionary equity and is actively investing across Europe. This is a hands-on execution role with immediate exposure to live transactions, spanning multiple European countries and sectors including logistics, industrial, offices and long-leased commercial assets. The team operates as a fully integrated European platform with offices across key markets.
