Oculus are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their growing Stafford team.

About the Role:

• Handling a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, civil partnerships, children disputes, relationship agreements, declarations of trust, separation agreements, injunctions, collaborative law, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution
• Manage cases both in-office and at court
• Work closely with the existing team to maintain high standards of client care
• Contribute to the department’s growth and overall success

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing complex family law cases independently from start to finish
• Advising clients and drafting all necessary documentation
• Representing clients in court and at mediations
• Supporting the team and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment

What They’re Looking For:

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with strong family law experience
• Confident managing cases independently, including top-level matters
• Collaborative, dependable, and personable with strong client care skills
• Ability to travel for client meetings and court appearances
