Handling a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, civil partnerships, children disputes, relationship agreements, declarations of trust, separation agreements, injunctions, collaborative law, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution Manage cases both in‑office and at court Work closely with the existing team to maintain high standards of client care Contribute to the department’s growth and overall success

Key Responsibilities

Managing complex family law cases independently from start to finish Advising clients and drafting all necessary documentation Representing clients in court and at mediations Supporting the team and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing environment
