The Role

You will manage a broad Private Client caseload, working closely with Partners and other team members. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and advising on wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning structures
• Advising on trusts, tax, succession planning and family wealth matters
• Supporting trustees and beneficiaries on ongoing matters
• Providing practical, high-quality advice to clients, both UK-based and international
• Liaising with external advisers including accountants, wealth managers and other professionals
• Assisting with complex cross-border issues where appropriate

About You

• Solicitor or Associate with 3-6 PQE in Private Client, Private Wealth or Trusts and Estates work
• Confident managing your own matters while collaborating with a team
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, estate planning and taxation
• Professional, client-focused and personable
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise competing workloads
• Comfortable liaising with clients, colleagues and external advisers
