Red Snapper is recruiting for an experienced Probation Officer to join the Probation Service in the Kent, Surrey & Sussex region on a full-time, remote basis. This role focuses solely on writing Crown Court PSRs, including complex assessments involving violent, sexual, and dangerous offenders.

About the Role:

Write a full range of Crown Court PSRs (Oral, Standard, Fast Delivery), including those requiring dangerousness assessments. Conduct thorough risk assessments using tools such as OASys and deliver concise, evidence-based recommendations to the court. Liaise with court staff, legal professionals, and probation teams remotely to ensure timely delivery of reports. Manage your caseload autonomously while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must:
