Job Description

Contract Process Analyst – West Midlands/ Hybrid

Up to £500/ day inside IR35.

We’re recruiting on behalf of a market-leading client for an experienced Process Analyst to support a major transformation programme focused on improving service charge processes. The role will play a key part in moving the organisation away from heavily manual, Excel-based processes towards more efficient, standardised, and scalable solutions.

As a Process Analyst, you will work across the wider group to analyse, document, and improve end-to-end business processes. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring future-state (“To-Be”) processes align with system functionality and deliver accurate, transparent service charge calculations for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and document current (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes, workflows, procedures, and business rules.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks, recommending and supporting the implementation of practical improvements.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business, facilitating workshops, meetings, and presentations to agree and embed new processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
  • Analyse process and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Support change management, including development of training materials and communication plans.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may affect successful process implementation.

Key Skills required:

  • Proven experience in process analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Strong proficiency with Visio and BPMN for process mapping and modelling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to support decision-making.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of ERP systems, workflow automation, and system integration concepts.
