Process Controller

As a Process Controller you will be required to monitor and control the quality of all processes within the factory.
Any issues or concerns with quality must be highlighted to the area Line Controller, Operation Team Leader or Department Manager for immediate corrective action.
Effective liaison, team working and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff is fundamental.
The job is performed mainly in a temperature controlled area and involves extensive periods standing.
Shift : B Shift : 223 shift pattern 06:00-18:00, Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, Week 2 Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Department : Light Meat 2
Pay rate : £13.45 per hour

Free bus from Lincoln, Sleaford, Grantham and Boston

Duties/responsibilities: To carryout tasks as trained. To advise managers when not trained for tasks you are being asked to carry out. Not to undertake any tasks where training has not taken place. To work in a manner that promotes the health and safety of oneself and others. To report any health and safety issues to your immediate manager. To report any accidents or near missus to the first aider in the area....
