About the Role As a Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency within our manufacturing facility. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement process improvement programs that enhance the production of active ingredients and formulation fill and pack projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design & Optimization:

Design and implement process improvement programs to enhance capital projects. Maximize efficiency in capital and operating costs while upholding HSE excellence. Support plant operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Technical Leadership:

Provide expert process engineering support to project and production managers. Act as the process owner for designated manufacturing areas, ensuring optimal performance.

Continuous Improvement:

Challenge existing protocols and identify areas for improvement. Engage in cross-functional manufacturing support teams to foster collaboration. Deliver scientific work programs safely and efficiently across various sites.
