Co-founder and entrepreneur in Clean Tech | Solving industry's most difficult problems

The candidate wants to be an important part of a small and fast-moving team that is passionate about using technology to improve energy efficiency and decarbonise industry. To help create and develop a new AI agent platform by:

• using your knowledge and experience of process engineering
• by creating thermodynamic and other models for process equipment, systems and processes in python, and
• contributing to the direction of the product
• assisting with onboarding customers and resolving customer concerns
• working closely with software engineers, data scientists and the commercial team

Kondor is creating an AI agent platform for energy efficiency and decarbonisation of energy intensive industries. We are a new startup, with experienced co-founders, great investors and a big problem to solve.

Requirements

• Strong understanding and passionate about solving some of the industrial energy efficiency and decarbonisation challenges.
• Experience in the design, modification or operation of process facilities
• Technical background in chemical or process engineering, including thermodynamics and creating or interpreting key design documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets and vendor data, etc.)
• Experience developing thermodynamic, analytical and other models (ideally in python)
• Innovative and motivated self-starter
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Masters degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering
• Excellent written and oral skills
