On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Processing & Quality Manager to oversee production operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency within a fast-paced processing environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing processing teams, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop the processing team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
Oversee all processing activities to ensure production targets and standards are met
Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
Manage and monitor stock control, including inventory accuracy and waste reduction
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Ensure all documentation and reporting is completed accurately and on time
Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall business objectives
Requirements
Proven experience in a processing, production, or manufacturing management role
Strong understanding of quality control and hygiene standards (ideally within food or FMCG environments)
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
