As Process Group Manager, you'll be responsible for leading Supervisory and support for Technical functions within the Process Group - covering Heat Treatment, Materials Testing, Shot Peening, Non-Destructive Testing, Surface Finishes, and Paint. Ensures full compliance, operational performance, and continuous improvement across all Special Processes.
