Demonstrated expertise in supplier sourcing, market dynamics, and sound business judgment. Strong background as a sourcing or procurement manager, with solid project management, leadership, and negotiation skills. Adept at sustaining strategic relationships and influencing decision-making at all organizational levels. Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to collect, interpret, and act on complex data. Comfortable working with procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP, and Fieldglass. Holds a BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible, with a strong team spirit and excellent communication skills, especially when engaging with senior executives. Known for strong interpersonal and influencing skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to challenge the status quo constructively.
