Global Procurement Manager - Professional Services - Kraków - Hybrid Working - 150,000 to 200,000 PLN + Bonus + BenefitsTo apply, please contact Adam at A global, data driven organisation is continuing to invest in its Strategic Sourcing & Procurement function and is now looking to appoint a Global Procurement Manager across Professional Services, with a focus on HR and Finance categories.This is a high impact role, working closely with senior stakeholders to manage critical software and services suppliers, drive value, and support a growing international business.You will play a key role in executing category strategy, delivering cost savings, and ensuring suppliers are effectively managed across performance, risk, and value delivery.Key Responsibilities:* Support the Senior Category Manager in executing category strategies across Professional Services, with a focus on HR and Finance* Manage strategic suppliers across software, consultancy, and wider services categories* Identify and deliver innovative procurement solutions that drive cashable savings and efficiencies* Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with key vendors* Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the full contract lifecycle* Provide guidance to procurement operations and support sourcing activity including RFx processes* Support M&A activity, ensuring smooth supplier and contract integrationWhat they are looking for:* Experience across Professional Services procurement, ideally with exposure to HR and Finance categories* Strong commercial and negotiation skills* Ability to manage senior stakeholders and operate as a business partner* Understanding of supplier risk, performance management, and governance* Experience working within a structured procurement or category management environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking procurement function in a role that offers strong visibility, stakeholder exposure, and long term development.
