Global Procurement Manager Software - Krakow Hybrid - 150,000 to 200,000 PLN Bonus BenefitsTo apply, please contact Adam at I am supporting a global, data led organisation that is continuing to invest heavily in its procurement capability, particularly across Technology and Software.As part of this, they are looking to appoint a Global Procurement Manager to take ownership of a key Software spend area, managing strategic suppliers and driving commercial value across an international footprint.This is a high visibility role where you will operate as a true business partner, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping how Software procurement is delivered across the organisation.As a Global Procurement Manager for Software:You will take ownership of a global Software category, working closely with senior procurement leadership to define and deliver category strategy, whilst managing a portfolio of critical suppliers.This role offers a strong mix of strategy and delivery, with exposure across sourcing, supplier management, governance and wider business initiatives. Key areas of focus:* Owning and delivering global Software category strategy* Leading complex commercial negotiations with major vendors* Driving cost optimisation, value creation and supplier performance* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business* Managing supplier risk, governance and contract performance* Supporting sourcing activity and RFx processes where required* Contributing to acquisition and integration activity from a procurement perspective Required experience:They are looking for someone with a strong background in Software procurement who can operate with credibility in a global environment. This role would suit an experienced Category Manager stepping into a broader remit, or an existing Procurement Manager looking for greater ownership and exposure.
