About The Role
Procurement Lead – Capability Assets’ Managed Service (CAMS) Contract
This is a new and exciting role within the Procurement team. The Procurement Lead is responsible for the renewal of the CAMS contract, formerly known as the LTCM Managed Service Contract. The role will last up to 6 months after contract start to ensure a smooth transition, with the contract due to commence in October 2028.
The role involves preparing a detailed procurement plan for the CAMS contract, including resource identification and transition planning from the existing contract to the new one. The post holder will also prepare all tender documentation for the competitive process, manage stakeholder relationships, and handle potential risks.
Candidates must be members of CIPS or have equivalent experience, possess extensive contract management experience, and demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
