Procurement Manager – Housing Repairs & Maintenance

London / Hybrid

6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 - £42.14 PAYE or £57.03 Limited/Umbrella

We’re supporting a large public-sector housing organisation to appoint an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement and contract management across a busy Repairs & Maintenance service .

This role plays a key part in ensuring value for money, legal compliance, and the effective delivery of works that keep homes safe, compliant, and well maintained.

Key focus areas include:

End-to-end procurement for repairs, maintenance, and building services

Managing and improving contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs

Ensuring compliance with Public Contracts Regulations (2015)

Supporting operational teams across responsive repairs, voids, damp & mould, and disrepair

Driving value, innovation, and social value through contracts

Ideal background:

Strong procurement experience within housing, construction, or public sector repairs

Solid knowledge of PCR 2015 and governance frameworks

Proven contract and supplier performance management experience

Familiarity with NEC and/or JCT contracts

Confident stakeholder manager able to work at pace
