Our client, an independent construction and property consultancy, committed to delivering a world-class service to their clients is looking for a Procurement Manager to join one of their key programmes.
About the Role:
Supporting major civil infrastructure programmes, shaping the economy and the built environment. Working within multi-sector teams on a high-profile project Opportunity to develop leadership skills and play a key role in project delivery and team development. Looking for someone with a client-focused mindset and confidence in managing complex stakeholder environments who can contribute to business growth through relationship building, supporting work winning, and mentoring junior team members; take ownership of project procurement from market engagement to contract award, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with Public Contracts Regulations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Required:
Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or equivalent professional chartership. 5+ years' experience leading multiple procurements of large-scale civil infrastructure or construction projects. Strong understanding of public sector procurement, delivery models, routes to market, and contract strategies. Familiarity with standard form contracts including NEC and FIDIC. Skilled in market engagement, supplier analysis, and commercial risk assessment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines and budgets. Confident in delegating effectively, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
